Ajay Agarwal

Ajay Agarwal is Managing Director of Venture Capital at Bain Capital, and joined the firm in 2003. Previously, he spent more than seven years as a senior executive at Trilogy Software, a privately held leading enterprise software firm based in Austin, Texas. Trilogy provides sales, marketing, and order management solutions to Global 2000 corporations. While at Trilogy, Ajay held numerous senior positions, helping drive Trilogy’s growth and expansion. As head of sales and marketing, Ajay grew Trilogy’s annual revenues to $250 million and led its expansion into new vertical markets — such as financial services and consumer durables. Prior to Trilogy, Ajay was a consultant with the Los Angeles office of McKinsey and Company, Inc.

Maria Cirino

Maria Cirino is an entrepreneur and investor — and one of the leading technology visionaries in the U.S. She has received many industry accolades, including “CEO of the Year” in 2004 from the Massachusetts Telecommunications Council (MTC). Maria brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience to Memento — including executive roles in worldwide sales, marketing, and business development for VeriSign, Guardent, Shiva (now Intel Corporation), Lotus Development Corporation (now IBM Corporation), and other leading organizations. Most recently, as senior VP of VeriSign’s Security Services, Maria was responsible for channel development and strategy for VeriSign’s extensive security services.

Jason Henrichs

Jason Henrichs is Managing Director of Rock Maple Ventures, a specialized venture capital group that focuses on smaller ($1-3 million) capital-efficient businesses in the IT and medical technology areas. Jason is a proven entrepreneur with a history of success with a wide range of start-up ventures. He has wide-ranging expertise in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, energy, materials, and other areas. Before joining Rock Maple Ventures, Jason served as Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Genomics, a $45 million, venture-backed developer of DNA sequencing technologies. He also co-founded ctr!Ventures, a conception-stage venture capital firm.
